The course is designed so you first initiate and plan your On Par Project Management golf project (you are given the instructions and templates to do this from the course web site when you register).  Next, you execute your project plan to play 10 rounds of golf.  While you are playing each round of golf, you do milestone reviews and measure the performance of your project, by doing earned value analyses.  You are instructed how to do this via the course web site. The course ends when you complete a final acceptance test (after finishing all rounds), and documenting your lessons learned.
